For deliveries straight to the classroom before the first day of school, booklists are packaged into a cardboard box and labelled with the students name and grade on it. For schools which are unable to provide us access before school starts, booklists will be delivered by courier to the address you enter at checkout.
Yes absolutely! We have the requisite items included in each Booklist which you can view when you select the required booklist. Optional items are listed at the bottom of the list where you can choose to leave them as zero or add them to the order if you are not carrying them over from the previous year.
In order to continue to provide competitive prices and services to our customers, our dispatch centre in Kensington is not open to the public. Instead, we offer convenient delivery options for our customers.
Product Substitution
In the event that an item is unavailable during packing, we may replace it with a comparable product of equal or higher value. This policy only pertains to stationery items and does not apply to books.
Back Ordered Items
Occasionally, unforeseen events may cause certain items to be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will inform you about the backorder. The item will be delivered to you free of charge as soon as it becomes available. We’ll also send you a notification when the item is on its way.
We have taken considerable time in securing the best prices from stationery brands, however, if you find the requisite booklist bundle cheaper elsewhere, please contact us immediately. Our aim is to bring parents and caregivers the lowest price guaranteed. Please keep in mind any brands that your school has specifically requested, as well as the total price for the booklist bundle of requisite items only. *Does not apply to text books, individual items/carry over items.
Delivery of booklists to the schools will be coordinated with the schools in the two weeks leading up to the first day back at school. We will keep you informed every step of the way with our notification system.
For deliveries to households, please allow up to 15 business days. We will keep you informed with our notification system. Orders close on the 2nd January. Home deliveries are only available for school who are not participating in the initiative or who have not registered with us.
